If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must immediately discontinue access to milwan and refrain from registering an account or placing any wager. Continued use of the platform constitutes your ongoing acceptance of this Agreement and any updates made to it.
milwan recommends that all players, including those joining from Karachi, Lahore, Faisalabad, Islamabad, and other cities across Pakistan, print or save a copy of these Terms and Conditions for their own reference. To register and maintain an active account on milwan, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:
milwan reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including identity documents, proof of age, and proof of address. Account access may be suspended pending receipt and verification of such documentation.
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on milwan. Opening multiple accounts – whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers – is strictly prohibited. milwan employs automated and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Any duplicate accounts discovered will be closed, all bonuses and winnings generated through them forfeited, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities where fraud is suspected.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and update your details promptly should any information change. milwan is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your milwan account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any one-time authentication codes with any other person. milwan will treat all activity conducted through your account as authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify milwan immediately at [email protected].
milwan operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with its international licensing obligations. You may be required to submit copies of government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed or when milwan determines verification is necessary. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
milwan accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods:
All funds deposited on milwan must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting deposits from a third party into your milwan account, is strictly prohibited.
milwan processes deposits in real time for most supported methods. JazzCash and EasyPaisa wallet transfers are typically credited within two to three minutes of confirmation. Bank transfers may require additional processing time depending on the issuing institution. milwan is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Standard withdrawal requests are processed by milwan's finance team within one to two business days. Withdrawal amounts must not exceed the available withdrawable balance in your account. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed in the cashier section of the milwan platform. milwan reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawal requests of significant value.
All milwan account balances, transactions, and win amounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). milwan does not charge currency conversion fees for PKR-denominated accounts.
milwan offers various promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the point of each offer. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and this Agreement, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds credited to your milwan account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms. For example, a bonus subject to a 30x wagering requirement must be wagered a total of thirty times before withdrawal is permitted. Contributing game types and their percentage contribution toward wagering requirements will be detailed in the relevant promotion's terms.
milwan reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim bonus funds and any winnings derived from them where it determines, in its reasonable judgment, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using low-risk betting strategies designed specifically to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine play intent, and any form of collusion.
Bonus funds that are not utilised within the validity period specified in the relevant promotion terms will expire and be removed from your account balance without further notice.
All bets and wagers placed on milwan are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of any wager before confirmation. milwan will not reverse or amend a confirmed wager except in circumstances where a technical error on the part of milwan is demonstrably established.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets on milwan. These limits are displayed within each game or market interface prior to wagering. milwan reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time and without prior notice.
In the event of a game, system, or network malfunction, milwan reserves the right to void affected rounds or bets. A malfunction voids all pays and plays. milwan will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify affected players and restore correct account balances where a malfunction has resulted in an erroneous credit or debit.
milwan reserves the right to cancel and void any bet or game round that was accepted as a result of an obvious error in pricing, odds, game configuration, or system data – including but not limited to software errors, data feed failures, and human input errors. milwan's determination as to whether an obvious error has occurred is final.
milwan's sports betting section includes markets for cricket – including Pakistan Super League (PSL) fixtures, international test matches, and limited-overs tournaments – as well as other sports. Sports betting results are determined by milwan's data suppliers. In the event of a dispute regarding a sporting result, milwan's decision following review of official data is final and binding.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on milwan and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:
milwan cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities where required. Any funds held in an account subject to investigation may be frozen pending the outcome of that investigation.
All content on the milwan platform, including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, audio, text, interface design, trademarks, and logos, is the intellectual property of milwan or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the milwan platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming activities in accordance with this Agreement. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any milwan content without prior written authorisation from milwan.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, milwan's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform – whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise – shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your milwan account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
milwan is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity resulting from technical faults, network outages, or service interruptions beyond milwan's reasonable control.
milwan does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability of some or all services. milwan will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practical.
milwan relies on third-party software providers, payment processors, and data suppliers to deliver its services. milwan is not responsible for failures, inaccuracies, or delays originating from third-party systems, including payment processing delays by JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or any bank.
milwan collects and processes personal data in connection with your account registration, identity verification, transaction history, and use of the platform. The collection, storage, and use of your personal data is governed by milwan's Privacy Policy, available at milwan.bet/privacy-policy.
By registering an account on milwan, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. milwan implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, or loss.
milwan may share your personal data with third parties where required by law, by regulatory authority, or where necessary to provide platform services such as payment processing and identity verification. milwan does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

You may request closure of your milwan account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification and confirmation that no breach of this Agreement has occurred.
milwan reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to where milwan reasonably suspects: breach of any provision of this Agreement; fraudulent activity; money laundering; provision of false information; or any activity that milwan determines poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other users.
Where an account is suspended or closed due to a suspected breach of this Agreement, milwan may withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. If a breach is confirmed, milwan may forfeit the relevant balance in whole or in part.
Upon closure of your account, your licence to use the milwan platform is immediately revoked. Provisions of this Agreement that by their nature survive termination – including but not limited to sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law – shall continue in full force and effect.
milwan reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, milwan will endeavour to provide reasonable prior notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent notice on the platform. The effective date of any revised Terms and Conditions will be updated at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the milwan platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using milwan and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which milwan holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through milwan's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to the relevant regulatory or arbitration body as specified under milwan's licensing terms.
In the first instance, all disputes and complaints should be submitted to milwan's support team in writing. milwan will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and endeavour to provide a full response within 14 business days. milwan's decision following completion of the internal complaints procedure is final unless otherwise required by applicable regulation.
This Agreement is provided in English. In the event of any conflict between an English-language version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
